Pay monthly, by invoice or by automatic card payment.
By invoice, we bill the month just ended at the start of the next — the plan fee plus any calls beyond your allowance — payable by bank transfer or card. By automatic card payment, the same amount is charged each month to the card you save at checkout.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET; reply times are targets for a first answer. A price you report as wrong is acknowledged within 2 business days and corrected in our data; answers already served are not re-issued.
